Organising in the electronics industry is not easy and this is an industry known for the obstacles it poses to trade unions and organisers across the globe. In this video, produced by Metal Workers Alliance of the Philippines (MWAP), we hear from three speakers who share about the electronics industry in the Philippines and the role of trade unions in this sector. We hear from MWAP, Nexperia union and from a worker who shares with about the working conditions in her factory.
