As Executive Director of Tenaganita, an Electronics Watch monitoring partner based in Malaysia, Glorene brings over a decade of frontline and strategic leadership.

Tenaganita is a human rights organisation dedicated to protecting and empowering migrants, refugees, women, and children from exploitation, discrimination, slavery, and human trafficking. Tenaganita works to amplify the voices of marginalized and vulnerable communities and to uphold their rights and dignity.
