"What we find particularly valuable is the continuity of the process. When we raise a concern with a supplier, the conversation does not end there. In subsequent monitoring reports, we often receive updates on the situation and can see whether actions taken by suppliers have contributed to tangible improvements," Jan said. "This creates a feedback loop that helps us understand how individual actions can contribute to broader change."
