Our latest Impact Story explores how ongoing multistakeholder engagement improved conditions for migrant workers, who were living in overcrowded, unhygienic dormitories at a factory in Malaysia.

Thanks to the collaboration of workers, the local union, brands and public buyers, workers' passports were returned, a collective bargaining agreement was signed, and migrant workers were reimbursed for recruitment fees.
Ongoing dialogue between the union, the factory management and brands is addressing outstanding issues like chemical safety.
