Our Strategic Plan Until 2023
We are delighted to bring to you the public version of our three-year Strategic Plan: 2021-2023, which is already well on its way. We hope that you will be inspired by and join us in our plan to harness the power of public procurement to defend the rights of workers in electronics supply chains. We are grateful to the more than 40 advisors including public buyers, human rights experts, and labour rights monitoring partners who contributed their time and insight to this strategic plan.

This strategic plan seeks to strengthen each one of the pillars of the Electronics Watch proven impact model:
- Expanding the scope of our worker-driven monitoring, building the skill and competence of our monitoring partners to detect problems and help shape solutions in collaboration with workers.
- Enhancing the capacity of our affiliates to drive change in their supply chains based on our monitoring findings.
- Strengthening our industry engagement model, engaging with companies to remediate violations with the support of public buyers.
We are contributing to vital social movements that advocate for climate justice and human rights and environmental due diligence in global supply chains. We are building an ethical and effective organisation.
Check out the strategy document itself, where you can read more about how we are helping our affiliates meet the call to action to end poverty and protect the planet. For affiliates, we can also make available our accompanying operational plan, including KPI's.
